tbd是to be determined的缩写。

TBD=to be determined。翻译为：待定、待确定、待确认等等，经常用在商务英语的场合。在外企，有很多工作提前很久就开始策划，但具体执行和实施日期，却没有敲定日期，所以很多时候，就会看到TBD这样的说明。

在邮件中，我们会经常收到对方的自定义设置“不确定、待定”的回复，表示对方对于此状况表示不确定，需要待定。
